Pro teams, clubs and training camps come to the Costa Blanca from November to March for the climbs of the Coll de Rates, the Vall d'Ebo and the Cumbre del Sol. We move riders, staff and bikes between Alicante airport and the hotels of Calpe, Altea, Dénia and Benidorm, and provide support vehicles for the rides.

Send us the passenger list, the flights and the programme — even a draft — and we come back with a plan: how many vehicles, which pick-up windows, who meets whom where. On the day a coordinator tracks every flight and every vehicle, and the organiser gets one WhatsApp thread and one invoice.

How much does minibus hire with driver cost in Alicante?
It depends on the vehicle size, the number of hours or transfers and the route. A VIP Sprinter for an airport transfer to Benidorm, a coach for a day trip to Valencia and a week of cycling-camp shuttles are all quoted as fixed prices per vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and VAT included. Send the plan and we reply within 2 business hours.
What is the largest group you can move?
There is no practical limit: several coaches run on one timed plan with coordinators on the ground. For a single vehicle, our largest coaches seat 55+ passengers with a full luggage bay.
Can you carry bikes, golf clubs or event material?
Yes. Minibuses with rear holds, bike trailers and coaches with full luggage bays. Tell us what is travelling in the quote form and we size the vehicle around it.
Do you do day trips and excursions for groups?
Yes — Guadalest and the Algar waterfalls, the Jalón valley wineries, Elche, Valencia, Cartagena and La Manga, the Tabarca ferry from Santa Pola, Alicante's old town and castle. The driver stays with the group for the day.
How far in advance should a group book?
Minibuses can usually be arranged within a few days. For coaches, peak summer weekends, cycling-camp season (January to March) and big events in Benidorm, book 3–6 weeks ahead.
