What data we collect

Identification and contact data you provide in the quote form, the contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, company, email, phone).
Trip data needed to deliver the service (dates, pick-up and drop-off addresses, flight numbers, passenger names and numbers, children's ages for child seats, luggage and special requirements).
Technical data strictly necessary to protect the forms against abuse (IP address, kept for a short period in server logs).

Purposes and legal basis

Answering enquiries and preparing quotes — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Providing and invoicing transport services, including sharing the trip details with the chauffeur or the helicopter operator assigned to your service — performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
Measuring which advertisements lead to quote requests, only if you accept cookies — your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR); see the cookies policy.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months if no service is contracted. Client and billing data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Recipients

Data is shared only with the chauffeurs, partner transport operators and helicopter operators assigned to your service, and with IT and communication providers acting as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to hello@vipservicescostablanca.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
