The wedding day
Everyone where they should be, when they should be.
A wedding on the Costa Blanca usually means guests spread across three or four hotels, a ceremony in one place and a party in another, and a venue at the end of a track the taxis cannot find. We build the timetable from your guest list and the venue's schedule, assign a vehicle to every leg and put one coordinator on site from the first pick-up to the last return.
The couple's car
A Mercedes S-Class or electric EQE in black, with a chauffeur in a suit, bottled water and ribbons or flowers on request. Photographs at the door, then on to the party.
Families & bridal party
V-Class vans for parents, grandparents and the wedding party, timed around hair, photos and the ceremony.
Guest shuttles
VIP Sprinters and coaches between hotels, ceremony and venue — one wave out, staggered returns from midnight to the end of the night.
Airport arrivals & departures
Guests flying into Alicante over two or three days are met in arrivals and grouped into vans, with one invoice for the couple or per family.

How much does wedding transport cost on the Costa Blanca?
It depends on the number of vehicles, the legs and the hours on the night. A bridal car, two vans and one coach for 50 guests is a very different plan from four coaches for 200. Send the venues, the rough guest count and the hotels; we reply with a plan and a fixed price per vehicle within 2 business hours.
Can the shuttles do several return waves late at night?
Yes. Most weddings book a first wave around midnight and a last shuttle at two or three in the morning, with the coordinator adjusting the times on the night. The vehicles and drivers stay on standby at the venue.
Do you decorate the couple's car?
On request — ribbons, flowers or simply a spotless black S-Class with a chauffeur in a suit. Tell us in the notes of the quote.
Can guests be picked up from several hotels?
Yes. We plan a route through the guest hotels with a timed stop at each, or run separate vans for hotels that are far apart, whichever gets everyone to the ceremony on time.
Do you work with wedding planners and agencies?
All the time. Planners, DMCs and event agencies send us the running order and get one coordinator, one plan and one invoice — and a transport partner they can leave alone on the day.
